What The Deal Privacy Policy

This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains our policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of your information by RegoMoPromo Inc or its subsidiary (ies).

This Policy applies to visitors and users (individually, “you”) of What The Deal websites, applications, social media accounts, and other services (collectively, our “Services”).

This Privacy Policy is applicable to persons who aces our services through What The Deal app (“User”). For the purpose of this Policy, wherever the context so requires “you” or “your” shall mean User and the term “we”, “us”, “our” shall mean Company.

By accessing and using the mobile app What The Deal or otherwise using the Services, you consent to collection, storage, and use of the personal information you provide (including any changes thereto as provided by you) for any of the Services that we provide.

The Company respects the privacy of the Users of the Services and is committed to protect it in all respects.

The information about the User as collected by the Company is:

(a) information supplied by Users at time of sign up and edit profile and

(b) information automatically tracked while navigation

(c) information collected from any other source (collectively referred to as “Information”).

Information supplied/collected and stored by What The Deal App.

To avail some services of What The Deal app user need to create an account by providing certain information that may include but not limited to:

Your name, Email address, Date of Birth, Phone number, city, State and zip code.

When you register by third party sign-in services (widget/plugin like Google, Facebook, Apple, Instagram or any other social networking or any similar widget/plugin you will be allowing us to access/retrieve Information from such sign-in services/widgets/plugin to continue to interact with you and to continue providing the Services on our platform, including, but not limited to above mentioned sign-in information.


Subscription or paid service data:

When you choose any of our subscription/paid service provided as part of our Services, third-party service providers such as payment gateway provider who are generally compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) may collect or have access to your purchase, address or billing information, including your credit or /debit card number, its expiration date, Unified Payment Interface etc


Information collected automatically while navigating What The Deal app

We use Google services to get your location data to provide relevant data to use our application for data populating services.

We only use phone current location to get and supply data according to your location.

What The Deal app provides you option to “Disable” GPS option to stop tracking phone location.


Links to Third Party Websites

What The Deal app, may include links to other websites or applications. Such websites or applications are governed by their respective privacy policies, which are beyond our control.

Once you leave our servers use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the application, you are visiting. That privacy policy may differ from ours. If you can’t find the privacy policy of any of these sites via a link from the application’s homepage, you should contact the application owners directly for more information.


Information use by company

The information as supplied by the users enables us to improve the Services and provide you the most user-friendly experience. All required Information is service dependent and the Company may use the above said user Information to, maintain, protect, and improve the Services and for developing new services. We may also use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages about our Services and/or such additional updates and features about third parties’ products and services with an option to subscribe / unsubscribe (where feasible). We may, however, use your email address for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major changes, for customer service purposes, billing, etc.).

Card Information. When your credit or debit card account information is being transmitted to our Services or through our Services, it will be protected by cryptographic protocols.


To be clear we are not itself store your credit or debit card account information, and we do not have direct control over or responsibility for your credit or debit card account information.

We use third party payment processors that are the controllers of your credit card information.

Our contracts with third parties that receive your credit or debit card account information require them to keep it secure and confidential.

However, we cannot guarantee that transmissions of your credit or debit card account information or your other information will always be secure or that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat the security measures taken by OpenTable or our third-party service providers.

Except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded or limited due to applicable law, we assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control.


Information retention

We may retain your information for as long as your account is with our app. Once you delete your account, your information will be only used for;

  1. Maintain logs and business records for analysis, security, and/or audit purposes
  2. Comply with record retention requirements under the law
  3. Deal with any complaints regarding the Services; and
  4. Comply with our legal obligations, protect, or defend our rights, resolve disputes and enforce our contracts.

How to delete an account

You can delete your account through WTD mobile app, as a logged-in user you will get an option for “Delete Account”. By clicking “Delete account” you can delete your account and your account will be marked deleted in our system.
