Answer – As we are using third party gateway for all payment process, if any payment “gets stuck” or is completed with failed renewal of subscription, please connect with our support team with following details:
- Payment date
- User registered email address
- Subscription type
- Paid amount
Our support team will get back to your registered email address within 24 hours with a status update.
In most cases a failed renewal of subscription payment returns to client account within 7 working days.
Answer – A user you can easily delete your account via the app functionality – delete account. Although, we will keep some of your information for business purposes and analysis.
